Stoke City Community Trust
Stoke City Community Trust engages with people in many varied ways to stimulate an environment in which they can realise their potential and subsequently accomplish more in whatever walk of life they choose for personal and professional development.
The power of sport, particularly football, is used to engage with people of all ages, abilities and social backgrounds. The Trust is committed to inclusion work, promoting health and wellbeing, and improving education through initiatives such as Multiply.
Through our Multiply provision we will use sport and the power of football to:
– Support local and National Priorities to improve the health and well-being of our communities.
– Design and deliver services that encourage participants to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
– Provide individuals with opportunities for personal development.
– Increasing opportunities for people to learn and develop new numeracy skills.
– To develop safer environments that increase engagement and participation, for disadvantaged and targeted communities.
– To encourage young people, adults, and vulnerable groups to stay socially connected.
