More About Staffordshire Community Learning

Staffordshire Community Learning is run by Staffordshire County Council, providing a range of adult learning courses available to you throughout 2024.

The courses are available for Staffordshire residents aged 19 or over. Most are provided free to learners.

Our courses are perfect for any Staffordshire resident aged above 19 who wants to learn new skills or update existing ones, improve their employment prospects, become better at digital skills, or simply take up a new hobby or improve their personal well-being.

Where Do Courses Run?

All our courses that are delivered in community settings across the eight districts of Staffordshire have carried out all necessary risk assessments to ensure our learning environments are safe ensuring our teaching staff and learners remain fit and well whilst participating in learning.

Most courses we offer continue to remain fully funded and free, thanks to subsidies from Staffordshire County Council and other funding bodies.  Some courses will incur a fee, although support may be available depending on your individual circumstances.
